Welcome to our Spanish Language and Culture Summer Camp!

This summer season, the “Mi Casa” Summer Camp will introduce children to Spanish language and culture through the familiar and welcoming theme of the home. Using everyday spaces—such as la cocina (the kitchen), la sala (the living room), and el patio (the backyard)—campers will be able to build practical vocabulary and conversational skills they can use right away. Each day will blend language learning with hands-on activities, including role-playing family routines, storytelling, music, games, arts and crafts, and simple cultural activities connected to life at home. Children will practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing Spanish in a fun, low-pressure environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.

Our goal is to raise cultural awareness, introducing traditions, manners, foods, and family life from Spanish-speaking countries. By the end of camp, learners will gain stronger communication skills, expanded vocabulary, and a deeper appreciation of how language connects to daily life—all while feeling at home in Spanish.
