Here are some common questions customers may have about our language program:

Q: What age group do you accept for language classes?

A: We offer language classes for children between the ages of 4 and 12.

Q: What languages do you offer?

A: Please check our Enrollment Options page for a current list of language options.

Q: What is the class size?

A: Our class sizes are small, with no more than 6 students per class.

Q: What is the teacher to student ratio?

A: We strive for a 1:6 teacher to student ratio to ensure individualized attention and effective learning.

Q: What is the duration of each class?

A: Each class lasts for 45 min.

Q: What is the frequency of classes?

A: Classes are held once a week on Saturdays, 3 Saturdays of each month from September to May.

Q: What is the curriculum for the classes?

A: Our curriculum is designed to meet the needs and interests of children. We use interactive and engaging materials to teach vocabulary, grammar, and cultural aspects of the language.

Q: What is the cost of the language classes?

A: Our language classes are competitively priced. Please check our Enrollment Options page or contact us for current pricing information.

Q: How do I cancel a class?

A: If you would like to withdraw from the course, please submit a written 30 day notice.

Q: What is the current make up policy?

A: If a child misses a class there is no make lesson provided. If a class is missed due to teacher unexpected absence a make up class will be provided.

Q: Is my donation tax deductible?

A: PolyFluent Inc is tax-exempt organization, as defined by section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. PolyFluent Inc is eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions in accordance with Code Section 170. Therefore your gift to PolyFluent Inc is a tax-deductible donation to the full extent provided by law.
